Teach developers by helping them build

Write blog posts and guided builds for Octodius. Every piece is reviewed, credited to you, and read by developers learning to ship real software.

What you can create

Blog posts

One reader, one question, answered well: a technique you use, a bug you chased down, a tool you'd recommend and why.

Guided builds

A small, working app built step by step, with a check at each step, so learners finish with something that runs. Free for everyone.

Launch kits, laterPlanned

Complete products that founders can launch as their own business. Planned for a later stage of the program, with a revenue share.

Why write here

Your name on it

Published work is credited to you and linked to your Octodius profile.

A careful second pair of eyes

Every piece is read and run before it goes live, with specific feedback, not a rubber stamp.

Readers who build

Octodius learners practise on real problems, so practical, tested work is what they come for.

Honest about AI

Use AI tools if they help. You stay the author, and you check every claim and every line.

From application to published

  1. Step 1

    Apply

Tell us what you'd like to create, your first idea, and where we can see your work.

  2. Step 2

    Review

We read every application by hand and post the result on your application page.

  3. Step 3

    Write

Approved creators write in the Creator Studio, with autosave and a live preview.

  4. Step 4

    Publish

We review your draft, send back any changes, and publish it under your name.

Have something worth teaching?

The program is opening in stages: applications now, the Creator Studio for approved creators as it launches. Payouts are planned but not live yet, and we say so up front.
